  • User Experience:

    • Is it intuitive and easy to use?

    • Is it enjoyable or satisfactory to engage with (consider design, usability, etc.)?

    • How was the overall interaction with customer support or the process if it's a service?

 

Step 3: Comparative Analysis

  • Comparison with competitors:

    • How does it compare to similar products/services in the market?

    • Are there any unique advantages or disadvantages when compared?

  • Price vs. Value:

    • Does the product/service provide good value for the price?
